SHIPMENT POLICY

At Caro Jewels, we proudly offer free shipping across India. Once your order is confirmed, our team will dispatch it directly to your doorstep at no additional cost.

• Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 business days.

• International orders are fulfilled within 30 days from the date of order placement.

Customers who prefer to self-collect may visit our store Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM, as per their convenience.

SELF-COLLECTION – ID REQUIREMENTS

If you opt to collect your order in person, please carry a photocopy of one of the following valid photo IDs for verification:

• PAN Card

• Driving Licence

• Passport

• Voter ID

In cases where someone else is collecting on your behalf, their photo ID will also be required. Our customer care team may contact you for additional information to ensure secure delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

When a customer or an authorised representative picks up the order directly from Caro Jewels, the product is reviewed at the time of handover. In such cases, returns or exchanges are not generally applicable, similar to our in-store purchases.

For orders delivered to your home:

• You may initiate a return within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

• We will inspect the product for quality, condition, and weight within 7 business days of receipt.

• The refund will be processed within 15 business days, following a successful inspection.

⚠️ If the item is not returned within 7 working days, Caro Jewels will not be liable to accept it under any return or refund request.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, through the corresponding payment gateway. If a return is approved, we may either replace the item free of charge (subject to availability) or refund the product value.

Please ensure returned products are undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible for any refund or exchange.
